People who actually have Planner tasks assigned in the plans your team views — not sign-in seats. Any number of managers can sign in on every tier.
Your price follows your team
You're always billed at the tier that matches how many people you track. If your team grows or shrinks, your subscription moves to the matching tier automatically — down as well as up — starting from your next billing cycle, never mid-cycle. Your billing page always shows the tier you're on and why.
Annual billing
Pay annually and get two months free on any tier. Annual prices stay locked for the full term — tier changes apply at renewal.
