- Anyone with a Planner task assigned in the last 30 days, so usually fewer than everyone who uses Planner, never more. Sign-ins don't count: any number of managers can use the app. Your trial shows the exact number.
- What if my team grows or shrinks?
- Your tier follows your count automatically, down as well as up, from the next billing cycle. Never mid-cycle.
- Is there an annual plan?
- Yes, with two months free on any tier. The price is locked for the term; tier changes apply at renewal.
- What happens after the trial?
- Set up billing and keep working. Your data and setup carry over.
