Terms of use
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Who provides OneView
OneView ("the app") is provided by Crosstown Tech, a sole proprietorship based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By connecting an Atlassian site to the app you agree to these terms.
2. What the app does
The app reads work items from the Atlassian sites you connect and presents them as a configurable grid — grouped, rolled up and re-columned — which you can export or send. Access to your Atlassian data is read-only; the app requests no write scope and cannot change anything in your site.
3. Requirements
You need an Atlassian Cloud account and permission to authorise an OAuth 2.0 integration on the site you connect. You are responsible for having the right to connect that site.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Atlassian account secure; anyone who can sign in as you can see your view.
- Do not use the app to access data you are not entitled to see. The app cannot grant you access you do not already have — every read runs with your own Atlassian token — but you remain responsible for how you use and share what you export.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other customers' data.
5. Early access
The app is in early access. Features may change or be withdrawn, and it is offered free of charge at this stage. If paid plans are introduced you will be told before any charge applies.
6. Availability and support
No uptime is guaranteed. Support is best-effort by email at support@crosstowntech.com.
7. Warranties and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crosstown Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Figures the app computes — rollups, totals, progress — are derived from data your source system returned and from the shape you configured. Check them before relying on them for a decision.
8. Data
What the app reads, stores and deletes is described in the privacy & security page, which forms part of these terms. Your data remains yours.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by revoking its access in your Atlassian account settings. We may suspend access that threatens the service or breaches these terms. On termination, the deletion process in the privacy page applies.
10. Trademarks
Atlassian, Jira and Jira Align are trademarks of Atlassian Pty Ltd. Microsoft and Microsoft Planner are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. OneView is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by either company; the names are used only to say what the app connects to.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
